Two years ago, Immunotec became a publicly traded company. The board of directors knew very well that they were share holders of the most powerful, most scientifically proven, most effective, natural health product, in the entire world. They asked why they were only selling $3 Million per month after 13 years of business (there are restaurants in New York and other large cities who sell 50% of that per month)? The answer that was given - the old corporate staff did a great job of making the company successful financially, however some changes needed to be made. It was decided that a new corporate team be assembled and ONLY THE BEST would do.

Today, we have a brand new and exciting compensation plan, which is highly competitive with other top paying MLM companies. When you combine that with the undisputable NUMBER ONE NUTRITION PRODUCT in the entire natural health industry (retail, MLM or direct selling), Immunocal, Immunotec and all our other fine products, offer the absolute BEST home based business opportunity in the entire world.

Additionally, until April 2009, Immunotec only offered this home business opportunity in Canada and the United States. When the new corporate staff took over, their second objective was to begin an International Expansion protocol. First out of the gate was South Korea, followed by Mexico, then the United Kingdom. Future expansion plans cover the rest of Europe, other parts of Asia and eventually the entire globe.

Interestingly, Immunocal has been available in various countries around the world for many years, however, it was being sold through private licensing and offered through the pharmacies. MORE CREDIBILITY! This was a very wise thing that was implemented by the previous corporate staff. The licenses were sold with extremely high quotas and this has opened the door for Immunotec to go to the holders of these licenses and offer them the opportunity to join the network as we expand internationally or walk away, because all but one country is not meeting the quota. So, Immunotec is pulling the licenses and we are continuing to expand around the globe as a home based business in the MLM sector.

The key people who have recently become a part of corporate are the gentlemen at the helm: Mr. James Northrop, Mr. Dan Murphy and Mr. Steve Spaulding.

Jim Northrop has recently joined Immunotec with a strong background in leading companies to achieve significant growth. He is passionate about the products and business opportunity at Immunotec. His approach is to work closely with the Field and Home Office teams to develop the Immunotec business through organic growth of our customer base and Consultant network.


Dan Murphy

Daniel Murphy
Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer

With over 25 years of experience, Daniel Murphy’s expertise in enhancing corporate operations for maximum potential are well founded. He has a solid background in finance and operations within a variety of business models, specifically the direct selling industry. His experience includes Vice-President, Finances at Princess House where he met exciting challenges and objectives. His main objective at Immunotec is to increase the company’s overall value by strategically increasing revenue within the Canadian and U.S. markets. He is also Treasurer for both the Direct Selling Association of America and the Direct Selling Education Foundation.


Richard Patte

Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer

Richard Patte has over 35 years of experience in corporate financial management and organizational development. A chartered accountant, he was a partner of the accounting firms Jarrett, Goold & Elliott and Price Waterhouse. He later took his financial expertise to an international network marketing company where he was Chief Financial Officer. At Immunotec, he is responsible for strategic and financial reporting, planning, administration, and controls.

Dr. Wulf Droge

Senior Vice-President, Research & Development

Dr. Dröge is a world-renowned scientist with more than forty years in basic and clinical research and more than 280 publications. After postdoctoral fellowships at the Max Planck Institute and Harvard University, Dr. Dröge has spent 3 years as a scientific member at the renowned Basel Institute of Immunology and 29 years as professor of cell biology at the University of Heidelberg and head of a department at the National Cancer Research Center of Germany (Deutsches Krebsforschungszentrum). He continues to write scientific articles and gives lectures at McGill University.


John Frederick

Vice-President of Sales, U.S. Market

John joins Immunotec with over twenty years of experience in the direct selling industry. His career with Tupperware Brands included a number of years as a Vice-President of Sales where, working with independent Consultants, he achieved significant sales growth. His training expertise took Tupperware’s highest achievers to new levels of success. In addition, he developed sales training systems to recruit and develop new sales representatives in underdeveloped markets. Committed to field fundamentals, John understands what it takes to reach targets – and exceed them.


John Molson

John Molson
Vice-President, Research & Development

As an information interface between the research and medical community and Immunotec Consultants, John Molson makes the science of Immunotec’s products accessible to laypeople. John spent six years working in sales and marketing in Canada, the United States and Great Britain with Molson Breweries where he developed a strong commitment to the customer. This commitment, coupled with a deep-rooted conviction about Immunotec’s quality products, is central to his dedication to educating the market about the necessity of effective health supplements.


Jacques Cohen

Vice-President, International Operations

Fifteen years of hands-on experience in international trade operations, government compliance and distribution equips Jacques Cohen as he directs Immunotec growth in the global arena. He has traveled extensively to Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and Mexico to oversee implementation of all licensee operations. Jacques and his team of dedicated personnel play a key role in supporting the efforts of Immunotec Inc. (International) Licensees.


David Marshall

David Marshall
Vice-President, Network Services and Sales Support

David Marshall heads a team of over 25 highly-trained agents and administrative personnel in Customer Service and Consultant Support whose mission is to ensure that solutions for Immunotec Consultants and customers are always their priority. With ten years of network marketing experience, David is a passionate advocate of both Immunotec’s products and its business opportunity. He works closely with the Sales team to provide them with the tools needed to support business growth within the field.


Steve Spaulding

With over thirty-five years experience in the network marketing industry, Steve Spaulding is an acclaimed expert in recognizing and developing opportunities, both for individuals and corporations.  Steve realized enviable results in his ten years with Mannatech Incorporated holding key positions as Vice-President of Training, Worldwide, and most recently Director of Field Support Asia-Pacific.  Under his direction, the company experienced record-setting growth and sales volume. Well versed in regulatory requirements for both Canada and the U.S., Mary has worked in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and consumer goods industries and has a wealth of experience with retail and licensed products.


Michele McDonough

Michele has over 21 years of experience in the MLM and Party Plan industries and specializes in consumable goods and beauty products. Her background includes having held VP of Sales and Business Development positions in both billion dollar companies as well as start-ups. She has dedicated the last four years to a full service consulting career where she excelled in customer care, implementing strategies, marketing and branding initiatives, sales field programs, business development protocol as well as training development. Michele is also an active member of the Direct Selling Association and the Direct Selling Woman’s Alliance.


Brett Dahle

Brett holds an MBA International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management and has over 15 years of experience in the Network Marketing Industry. As well, he is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Brett is adept at recruiting, training, developing and managing new Consultants and with his extensive experience in developing new markets and managing existing ones (both internationally and domestically) he is an asset to our team.
