It should not be assumed that we are no longer focused on research. In fact, there are currently an additional 15 clinical trials under way with Immunocal. Four years ago, Immunotec became a publicly traded company. The board of directors knew very well that they were share holders of the most powerful, most scientifically proven, most effective, natural health product, in the entire world. They asked why they were only selling $3 Million per month after 12 years of business (there are restaurants in New York and other large cities who sell 50% of that per month)? The answer that was given - the old corporate staff did a great job of making the company successful financially, however some changes needed to be made. It was decided that a new corporate team at Immunotec needed to be assembled and ONLY THE BEST would do.

Today, we have a brand new and exciting compensation plan, which is highly competitive with other top paying MLM companies. Robert Henry Robert Henry
Executive Chairman and CEO of Immunotec

Mr. Henry has held a number of senior management positions, most recently, from 2004 to mid-2008, as CEO and Director of Arbonne International Inc., a US-based network marketing company. He was integral in driving the company’s phenomenal growth to a billion dollars in sales. From 2000 to 2003, as CEO and Director of Mannatech, Inc. (Nasdaq: MTEX), he successfully turned the company around and returned it to profitability. He has also held senior executive positions in many successful corporations, namely at Amway Corporation, Avon Products, Gryphon Investments and Hosiery Corporation of America. Mr. Henry has served on many boards of directors of private and public companies, namely Purity Products, McCaffrey & McCall, Inc., Saatchi & Saatchi DFS, Inc. and National Media Corp. (NYSE). Mr. Henry holds a license from the New York Bar Association, a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in New York as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hunter College in New York.

 

Stuart MacMillanStuart A. MacMillan
President of Immunotec

Stuart A. MacMillan has over twenty years of senior management experience, the last twelve of which have been in the direct selling industry. After a successful career in the telecommunications industry with companies such as Cantel (now Rogers Wireless), ACC TelEnterprises and Teleglobe, his network marketing career began with Excel Communications (Canada). As its first President in Canada, he was responsible for its explosive international growth. He also led Arbonne in its foray into international markets as the first Managing Director of Arbonne Canada, where the company achieved unparalleled results. Mr. MacMillan has worked in the direct selling industry in both the United States and Canada and has spoken at events around the world including Europe, the Caribbean and South America. He is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal.

 

Patrick Montpetit Patrick Montpetit
Immunotec V.P. and Chief Financial Officer

Patrick Montpetit has over fifteen years of experience in senior financial management positions. He is a chartered accountant, specializing in corporate finance and has extensive experience in the life sciences and biopharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining Immunotec, Mr. Montpetit served as Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Bioniche Life Sciences Inc. and Director of Finance, Administration, Commercial Agreements and Alliances with DSM Biologics Inc.

His professional experience includes serving as Chairman of the Quebec Biotechnology Association and Director of the Montreal InVivo organization.

 

Robert Felton Robert Felton
Chief Operating Officer of Immunotec

Robert Felton, has more than thirty years of business experience primarily in human resources management. Prior to joining Immunotec, Mr. Felton acquired national and international experience working in a variety of industries including high technology, pharmaceutical and retail. He was appointed to his current position in January of 2011 with oversight of all of Immunotec’s Operations and Customer Service areas.

Mr. Felton joined Immunotec in 2008 as a Human Resources Consultant to direct the process of organizational development and establish a structure to support the long-term growth of the company.

Mr. Felton sits on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Direct Sellers Association.

 

Daniel Audet Daniel Audet
Immunotec V.P. of Marketing

Mr. Audet has over twenty years of experience in marketing, sales and corporate management with companies specializing in telecom, travel and nutrition, primarily in the network marketing industry. Most recently, he led a consulting team specializing in the development and launching of international direct marketing enterprises. Prior to this, he was Director of Sales and Marketing for a network marketing company where he developed sales and marketing tools and training for the company’s independent distributors. He has also held several executive-level assignments for such companies as Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing Ltd., Excel Communications and Bell Canada.

Mr. Audet is a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies around the world. His international experience and thorough knowledge of the North American markets will be fully leveraged as Immunotec continues on a course of rapid expansion particularly in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

 

John Molson John Molson
Immunotec V.P. of Research & Development

As Vice-President of Research and Development for Immunotec, John Molson plays a critical role in the inception, design and management of ongoing clinical trials for Immunocal.

Working on a collaborative basis with leading researchers in fields such as Oncology, Respiratory Medicine, Aging, Autism and Neuroscience and most recently in Athletic Performance, he ensures Immunotec's continued leadership position within the nutrition industry.

 

Gabriela Moreno Gabriela Moreno
Director General, Immunotec Mexico

Gabriela Moreno has held a number of senior management positions in multinational network companies including Grupo Ideal and Shaklee Mexico over a span of 33 years.

Having held a number of Executive Committee positions in the Mexican Direct Selling Association (AMVD) and having participated on regulatory committees for the Cosmetic and Food Supplements industry, Mrs. Moreno was named AMVD President in 2005. She was later honored with the association’s coveted Merit Award in 2009In 2005, Rotary International named Mrs. Moreno one of the “Women Contributing to Mexico” (Mujeres Contribuyendo por Mexico) in recognition of her professional accomplishments.

Mrs. Moreno has been a key player in the establishment and growth of many successful corporations and individuals. She is a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies and her wealth of industry experience and acumen will be leveraged as Immunotec continues its rapid expansion in Mexico.

 

Dr. Rod Milne Dr. Rod Milne
Immunotec V.P. of Business Development (U.S.A.)

Dr. Rod Milne was a key distributor at Mannatech, where he trained and supported a national and international sales team of over 9,000 people. He has created and developed successful marketing and training programs for the past 14 years and has been a featured speaker on marketing and sales training throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Denmark, Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to his involvement in the network marketing industry, Dr. Milne graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. He ran a large multi-doctor clinic in Saskatoon, and subsequently headed a private practice in Seattle. Dr. Milne has also owned a consulting company which established programs for health care providers to market their services to clients and patients.

 

J.P. Trottier J.P. Trottier
Immunotec V.P. of Business Development (Canada)

Mr. Trottier began his career at Avon (Canada) and held senior management positions at Princess House, Excel Communications, PartyLite and Univera. His thirty years of experience in direct selling span both the party plan and network marketing sectors of the industry. He has turned around stable or declining businesses and helped them realize double-digit growth.

A strategist, Mr. Trottier excels in the development and implementation of business tactics to propel growth and explode sales. Invested in the success of others, he is committed to developing field leaders and to helping them realize their goals. In addition to his executive portfolios, Mr. Trottier has experience in sales, marketing, operations and human resources.
